Jim Young is the President of PrecisionCraft Log & Timber Homes. He has a Bachelors of Business Administration - Accounting from Idaho State University.

Prior to becoming President and owner of PrecisionCraft in 1990, Jim Young was President of Pressure Treated Timber Company and Lodge Logs, Inc. From 1983 to 1986 he was a partner in Bensuaski, Young and Company. Prior to this, he was a C.P.A. with Touche Ross and Company.
